Regenerative Entrepreneurship Week

Bridging life-serving work and financial viability

Eight days to build toward serving in a way that is genuinely aligned, without compromising your values, your integrity, or your own well-being in order to generate an income.

6 – 13 November 2026 · Château du Faune, Ariège · €1,300 – 2,000 all inclusive

For work that serves life

Who this is for

Do you find yourself in one of those situations?

  • You’ve spent the past years in the business world, and notice that you want to actively contribute to a better world.
  • You are already on the path of offering life-serving work, but struggle to make money from it.
  • Your work does pay, but the way you have built it takes more out of you than it gives back, and you want a structure that sustains you.

This offering mainly aims towards coaches, facilitators, and space holders of all sorts who want to make a living from their work in a way that is in full integrity with them. Business ideas of other sorts are very welcome as well.

The eight days

Three days of ground work, five of building

We believe deeply in the transformational power of community: that we come to know ourselves better through the reflections and support of others. To draw on those gifts, this offering is nested inside a residential community program. We open with three Community Immersion Days that weave the group together and lay the foundation for what follows. The five days after that are the entrepreneurship week itself, each with its own theme and the same underlying structure.

Community Immersion Days

The principles and practices of a regenerative community culture, a shared language built through relational and embodied exercises, and the intentions that guide the week ahead.

Lab

You put it to work on your own business, the same afternoon.

  1. 01

    Day 1 · Purpose

    Purpose Distillation

We start by exploring the purpose your business wants to embody. Using the Ikigai framework you will map out what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what people will pay for. With the support of the group we then distill a purpose statement that actually represents the offer you want to make to the world.

A personal Ikigai map and a first-draft purpose statement.

  2. 02

    Day 2 · Mindset

    Business as a System

Then we learn how to relate to your business as something outside of yourself that you can tweak, adjust, and trust, rather than identifying with it. The limiting beliefs that surface along the way are addressed and cleared in the Lab.

A business you tinker with, rather than one that determines your worth.

  3. 03

    Day 3 · Business Model

Regenerative Business Model & Offer Design

Then we deepen the context of what it means to run a regenerative business, and how it works on and affects the personal, interpersonal, and systemic layers. Following from your purpose statement, you draft your own business model and offer, at a price you can stand behind.

A draft business model and offer. This is what gets pitched on Day 5.

  4. 04

    Day 4 · Method

    The Four Relational Pillars

We introduce the four moves that actually find clients: connecting with the people already around you, inviting them in, giving them a real taste of the work, and making the ask, including hearing no without losing self-confidence.

A method for finding clients without funnels, ads, or a following.

  5. 05

    Day 5 · Proof

    Launch Day: Build, Pitch, Book

You pitch your business to the group and get valuable feedback on what to improve. After that we make the first moves together, by reaching out to real people in your own network while the group is still around you.

A finished offer, tested language, and real conversations already booked.

How to get there

Getting here

Château du Faune sits at 456 Grand Rue de Bellissen in Bénac, Ariège, in the foothills of the French Pyrenees.

By air
Toulouse (TLS) is the nearest airport and the most direct route. Barcelona is often easier to reach from outside Europe, though the onward journey to Foix is longer and requires more connections, routing via La Tor de Querol.
By train
Toulouse to Foix takes about 2 hours. Book through SNCF Connect or Trainline.
Last leg
Foix is a 15 to 20 minute drive from the château. We expect to be able to pick people up from the station.
Carpooling
BlaBlaCar, a carpooling platform that is widely used in this part of France.
