About this phase
Our first residency takes place at Avalonhuset — five minutes from the center of Odense and part of the Gaiaville project.
Over the course of three months, eleven to twenty residents lived together, practicing tools, running experiments, and documenting what emerged.
The Regenera team collaborated with the owners of Avalonhuset to seed a longer term community on site and interfaced with the Danish Ecovillage Network (LØS) and other groups to bring transformational work to local communities.

Three pillars
Research is our orientation.
Through these three pillars, we explore how to create a regenerative culture on a personal, interpersonal, and systemic level.
- 01
Radical Relating
Meeting in the present, sharing honestly, and tending the relational field. We bring tools for emotional hygiene, transparent communication, and the dynamics that let groups actually thrive.
- 02
Community Finance
Experiments in resource pooling, non-material value, and healing our conditioning around money and ownership, as an alternative to defensive, individualistic models.
- 03
Bridge Building
Cross-pollinating transformational methods, building relationships across projects, and sharing what we learn in clear, accessible language.
Daily life
Co-created cadences to weave our field.
Each month begins with a three-day intensive to set context, build common language, and seed the group field. Outside the intensive, daily life is shaped together.
Everyday rhythm
A morning moment at Avalonhuset — silhouettes around a shared table, steam from coffee or tea, soft window light. Or an evening fire scene with residents in close conversation.
